Blueberry Collagen Baked Oats

Whether you prefer to do as little as possible in the kitchen in the morning or want a tasty and healthy snack available at all times, we have the perfect recipe for you! Blueberry Collagen Baked Oats are also ideal for those who are fans of "food prep," as they can easily be stored in the fridge. Prepare your breakfast in advance, save time, and ensure you begin each day with a nourishing and delicious treat.

This is what you need

5 dl oatmeal
3 dl almond milk
1.5 dl of water
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
4 dl blueberries (frozen or fresh)
8 tbsp Pure Marine Collagen

Procedure

Oatmeal, vanilla powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt are mixed together in a large bowl.
Add the almond milk, water and maple syrup to the mixture and stir well until everything is evenly distributed. Then mix in the collagen powder and stir until it is dissolved in the mixture.

Pour 3/4 of the mixture into an ovenproof dish. Then carefully pour half of the blueberries on top. If you use frozen blueberries, you do not need to thaw them first. Pour the rest of the batter over the blueberries again, and then the rest of the blueberries on top. Cover the mold and put it in the fridge. If you make this in the morning, it can be baked all day.

When you are ready to bake your oatmeal, set the oven to 160 degrees fan. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. Serve the baked oats with extra blueberries on top and enjoy this healthy and tasty treat for breakfast, as a snack or whenever you feel like something good!
