Easy-to-make gluten-free buns with protein

These protein packed and gluten-free buns are a delicious go-to´s on busy weekdays.
They are super easy to make and can be frozen – and each bun contain your daily scoop of collagen in every bun! Try them with apple marmalade and cinnamon if you need something delicious!

This is what you need

6 dl oatmeal
400 g of cottage cheese
6 eggs
6 scoops of Clean Protein
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Procedure

Turn on the oven at 180 degrees celcius hot air.
Pour all the ingredients into a bowl, including the collagen powder. Then use a hand blender until you have a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes while preparing a baking tray with baking paper.
A bun corresponds to a large tablespoon of dough on the baking paper. Use two spoons dipped in water to make portions. We have got 6 large buns from this recipe, but you can easily make less, and then you should be able to get about 10 pieces, which is a little smaller.

Bake them in the middle of the oven for approx. 20-25 minutes until golden.
Let them cool completely before cutting them. Can be eaten immediately and stored in a closed bag in the refrigerator. Try them fresh from the oven with apple jam and cinnamon if you need something delicious!
