This is what you need

(recipe for 2 people)
3 frozen bananas
1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)
2 dl frozen blackcurrants
1 tsp vanilla powder
 3-4 tbsp Collagen Immune Plus

Procedure

A delightful nice cream should be creamy and thick in consistency. Our best tip is to pour 1 can of coconut milk into an ice cube tray with 6 compartments that are 5x5 cm. Place them in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 5 hours. These ice cubes will ensure you achieve the perfect consistency.

Remove the coconut milk ice cubes while you prepare the other ingredients. Use a good blender with a tamper. Add bananas, blackcurrants, and almond milk. Start the blender and use the tamper to help crush the ingredients. VOILÀ – you now have the most delicious nice cream.
